The App has stopped working

Seems like this app doesnt work anymore. Have tried it on a few devices and it just stalls at log-in.

faulty

worked like a charm...for exactly 2 months after sign up. since then- 99.99% its saying "error connecting to server" even when im at home in wifi zone. Called the support, re-installed the app to no avail. Extremely annoying and, considering that the mobile access was the reason for me choosing this rogers service - useless. Hope they can get the bugs out asap or Ill need to switch to a more reliable provider.

Update forces screen to wrong position

The new improved version SUCKS! Because I forces your screen to landscape mode. Please redo it. Once again Rogers proves it does what it wants, not what customers want.

Loads faster More stable Does work in both portrait and landscape mode And looks nicer

Fix iPad orientation!

Works great on iPhone. Nice user interface, with added functionality. But it seems to only work in landscape orientation on my iPad mini. That is stupid and annoying.

Amazing. I love Rogers!

Love the new layout. Love how I can create pages. Love the extra settings. App feel modern. Would love to see Apple Watch tied into this please. Also, it would be nice if geo-fencing would enabled through the app. Update: one thing is missing, being able to add contacts for rules. Please add this. Thanks.

New update

Ever since the new update I cant log in to my account??? Anyone else having this type of issue ?

Forces me to create a new user name and password even though I already have one? This an issue with the update?

Ever since the upgrade I cant login to my account

Slow and not working properly

The new version is so much slower than the old. Also my light switch is not working properly now...wish I didnt upgrade at all...

Should be called Rogers Dumb Home

Brutal app. Camera image always slow to load (or not at all). Other features hit and miss - sometimes you can adjust the temperature or arm the system, and sometimes doesnt work or crashes. Crap.

I CANT LOG IN

I just got smart home monitoring about 1 month ago. I got the whole package. The app was working fine the 1st month. Now Im having a hard time logging in. I cant see my camera, cant use my lighting control when Im out. And I cant adjust my thermostat. I was liking the app, but now I dont like it. Everything else on the main screen pad I can use, but not on my cell. I already uninstalled the app & installed it again & same thing. Please fix this app. Its so disappointing.

Apple Watch!!

The app is great! Would love to see it work for the Apple Watch...! That you can disarm/arm the alarm!

Good System

I love our system and this app makes it easy to control things. There really isnt another App to choose from so I guess it is good. Dont like the it doesnt work with NEST which is silly and annoying.

Not happy

I have recently updated my app and I find since I updated it that it is a lot slower and many times I have left my house set my alarm when I come home only to find out that the alarm didnt set I am about to update it again hopefully this fixes the problem

Does not work

This app is supposed to help me with accessing my smart home monitoring but the app doesnt even work!!!!!! Cant even log in at all. I did everything, reinstall app, etc. What a waste.

Issues logging in

Wont let me sign in from app. Saying my username/password is invalid although everything is correct

No longer accepts my password

The latest version doesnt recognize my password. Real hassle when youre away from home.

Worst App

One of the worst app, most of the things are not working. I was not expecting such a bad App from Rogers. In Fact I dont recommend to get Roger Home monitoring service. They are good in mobile business but not in the home security business. Very Un reliable system.
